Heather brings a well-rounded background in both the clinical and administrative sides of dentistry. With hands-on experience in nearly every area of the dental field, she understands how to support both patients and team members to create a smooth, positive experience.

Over the years, Heather has taken on leadership roles, helped train new team members, and guided countless patients through their treatment plans. She’s passionate about clear communication and helping patients feel confident about their dental care every step of the way.

Outside of the office, Heather loves to travel, hunt for vintage and antique treasures, and decorate her home. She’s a proud wife and mom of two amazing sons, and a devoted stepmom to a beautiful stepdaughter and stepson. Her greatest joy is spending time with her growing family, especially her sweet granddaughter-with another grandbaby on the way!

Jade is a graduate of the Everest College Dental Assisting Program in Chesapeake, VA. She has been in dentistry for over a decade and worked in orthodontics and oral surgery prior to joining our team in 2022. Jade is the friendly voice who greets you when calling Pine Grove to schedule your visit. She loves getting to know patients and seeing their smile transformations.

Outside of work, Jade enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband Dustin and their son, Owen.

Megan is our Financial Coordinator and has been part of the dental field since 2017. She brings extensive knowledge of dental financial processes, helping patients make their treatment more affordable while maximizing the benefits of their insurance plans. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to patient care make her an essential member of our team.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys reading, listening to music, watching movies and TV, and spending quality time with her friends and family.

Deanna has been in dentistry since 1986 and has been part of our team since 2017. She received her CDA from Camden County Vocational and Technical School, her RDA from Camden County College, and an EFDA with Clinical Excellence from Harrisburg Area Community College.

When not at work assisting with dental procedures such as filling placements, she enjoys spending time with her husband Joe and their cat, Dusty.

Jocelyn Biss is a dedicated Dental Assistant who is currently pursuing admission into a dental hygiene program. She began her career at our practice as a sterilization assistant and quickly advanced through her exceptional ability to learn and adapt. Jocelyn’s commitment to excellence and her eagerness to grow have made her an invaluable part of our clinical team.

Outside of the office, Jocelyn enjoys spending time outdoors, attending musical concerts, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She’s also a devoted dog lover who brings warmth and positivity to everyone she meets.

Jennifer is an experienced Dental Assistant with over 10 years in the dental field, serving in both clinical and administrative roles, including office management. She is a graduate of the Dental Assisting program at Schuylkill Technology Center and brings a wealth of knowledge, organization, and compassion to our team.

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys attending Phillies games, live music concerts, and spending sunny days at the beach. She treasures time with her family and loves cheering on her son, Gage, at his sporting events.

Kirsten Myers is a valued member of our clinical team, serving as a Sterilization Technician. She joined our practice a year ago and has quickly distinguished herself through her motivation, intelligence, and eagerness to learn. Kirsten previously attended HACC’s Dental Hygiene program and plans to complete the program in the future as she continues to pursue her passion for dentistry.

Outside of the office, Kirsten enjoys horseback riding, camping, watching movies, and traveling. Her enthusiasm and positive energy make her a wonderful addition to our team.

Kiersten received an Associate’s Degree of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene at Northampton Community College before pursuing her Dental Hygiene Bachelor of Science Degree from Pennsylvania College of Technology. She has been a part of our team since 2015.

Kiersten provides a wide array of dental services with care and kindness. She loves connecting with patients to deliver a positive experience at each visit. Kiersten enjoys planting flowers, drawing and painting, snuggling her dogs, and volunteering at a dog rescue.

Sarah received her RDH from Pennsylvania College of Technology and has been working in dentistry since 2004. She has been with us since 2020. You’ll find Sarah performing routine preventative dental care for adult and child patients. She takes pride in providing a relaxed setting and developing rapport to create a family atmosphere with patients.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys walking, cooking, and spending time with her husband Kyle, and their kids Lydia and Marleigh.

Michelle attended Lancaster County Career and Technology Center for Dental Assisting before pursuing her EFDA training from TI Career institute.
She has worked in dentistry for a decade and has been part of our team for four years. She especially enjoys easing dental anxiety and delivering quality care that gives patients the confidence to smile.

At home, she is a make-up enthusiast who enjoys DIY projects and spending time with her husband Cory, their children Alex and Chloe, and their dogs.

Tabitha is a graduate of Northampton Community College. Her interest in dental work started early. She began dental assisting in 1990 at the age of 16 before becoming a hygienist. Tabitha has been delivering friendly, comprehensive hygiene services to our patients since 2018.

Her interests outside of work include farming, riding ATVs, baking, and canning. She and her husband Michael have an adult son, John, and a teenage son, Luke.

Cynthia is learning everything she knows through hands-on experience at our practices. She has been with us for over a year and contributes greatly to the patient experience. She loves meeting new people and learning something new every day.

When she’s not hard at work setting up exam rooms for patient comfort, preparing patients for treatment, or assisting with procedures, you can find Cynthia spending time with friends, baking, gardening, hiking, reading, cooking, or playing the piano.
